When do I get billed?

You will be charged for the first subscription period immediately on checkout. Your subscription begins when you first use the MIO sensors, or one month after checkout, whichever comes first. The next bill will be one month or year after your subscription begins and on a monthly or yearly basis until you cancel.

Is there support with my subscription?

We provide email, live online chat, and phone support to accommodate your MIO needs depending on the tier of service you are subscribed to.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your dashboard and clicking the "Cancel Subscription" button in the subscription tab.

Is there a minimum contract term?
